5. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy: Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if there is a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong product. Agricultural chemicals, fertilizers, and opened packages cannot be returned due to safety and regulatory requirements.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return. You must obtain a return authorization number before sending any products back.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
